Our Process

Schedule Consultation

The process all starts with a 30 minute complimentary consultation, or “chemistry call”. The purpose of this call is to get to know one another on a deeper level and to assess our ability to work closely together. This is also an opportunity for me to better understand your objectives to be able to craft a personalized proposal for you.

Establish Goals & Logistics

Once we have agreed to work together, the first order of business is to better understand your objectives and timelines. We will also discuss the appropriate cadence of our sessions and any deliverables that you would like as part of the engagement.

Trust the Process

The coaching process is one in which the client will guide the work. The role of the coach is to listen intently and demonstrate genuine interest and curiosity about the objectives of the client. Sometimes the client does not have clarity about the objectives, and that’s ok too. Through the process of coaching we will be able to clarify goals and then as your coach I will help “guide by the side” as we explore the topics that are brought to session.

Close with Confidence

As your coach, I will be checking in with you periodically to measure our progress relative to our goals and timeframes that were established at the outset of the engagement. As we approach the end of the engagement, we will ensure that you are equipped with the tools and mainframe to deliver on the goals that you established. There may be mutual interest in continuing the engagement beyond the original scope and timeframe, which is a conversation that can be had towards the end of the engagement. Ultimately, as your coach I am here to be of service to you as my client.
