I was born in Iran and moved to the US when I was two years old.  I spent my early childhood in Pittsburgh and my adolescent years in Yellow Springs, Ohio.  Upon graduating from Oberlin College, I earned my Master’s of Health Administration Degree from The Ohio State University. 

I have held a variety of leadership roles at three outstanding health care institutions.  Two of my more notable roles were as Chief Operating Officer at Ohio State and President at OhioHealth.  I am proud of the teams that we built during my time in these two roles and the growth and expansion of services that we provided to our communities. 

In 2024, I decided to close the chapter on my healthcare career spanning 25+ years and embark on my new journey as a leadership and executive coach. My aspiration is to bring all of my experience and expertise to support my clients in achieving their goals.
